Tim is very professional and easy to deal with. He listens to your design requirements and comes up with a few possible solutions that you can talk through to agree on a final design. I would gladly recommend Tim to anyone

Just updating my previous post. A year on and Bale/JED has still to respond to my public criticism of both him in person, and his company's quality. One must assume that he / his company accept that his personal performance was both dishonest and unprofessional. My advice remains the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

In 2013 My family engaged J.E.D. Design (Architectural Services) Ltd to develop and manage major expansion works at our house. A huge mistake. Incompetent management, incompetent technically, and so much more dishonesty including passing off a fake construction contract with a forged signature. Then walking off the unfinished job leaving £10s of k remedial works needed. The owner of J.E.D. Design (Architectural Services) Ltd now operates JED Design Ltd. My advice. Steer very clear from his new company.
